This looks place is spotless. It appeared to be brand new. It is very comfortable and quite, and also very easy to find and close to restaurants and shopping. Dennis is very responsive and helpful, he communicated with us the entire time. If you are looking for a nice place that is very clean and cozy this is the place!! We would book again without hesitation.

Stayed at Hoosier Happiness while visiting my son who is at IU. We arrived quite late driving in from Chicago, but the house was easy to find, easy to enter and welcoming. Dennis was extremely proactive in all communications so we knew exactly what to expect. The property was exactly as pictured and described and immaculately clean. Very clear that a lot of thought went into the appointments throughout. Bedrooms were great, with the most comfortable beds, en suite bathrooms were beautiful and super convenient. At night the neighborhood was super quiet so we slept like babies. A great little break for my son to have a king sized bed (and not his dorm Twin XL) for a few nights! We had lots of fun watching TV together in the evenings and the decorative fireplace added to the ambiance. Kitchen was well organized and had everything one might need, although we did not cook. We will definitely be returning over the next 3 years! So happy to have found this absolute gem!

Beautiful clean home with everything you would need. The little extras just add that nice touch and makes your stay even better. Fully stocked kitchen and great amenities. David let us know he was available if we needed anything but we didn’t need anything at all while we were there. It was relaxing and perfect.

We were in town for a family wedding, so we didn't have a lot of time to hang out at the house. however, it was clean, well maintained,and well stocked. I was a little concerned about the shared wall, but didn't hear anything from the neighbors. we will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Hoosier Happiness. Cute decor, clean, spacious, quiet, with a green space opposite the kitchen deck. The kitchen looks well appointed for meal prep (we did take out/restaurant dining primarily). Many thoughtful touches are present throughout the home, including bath amenities and excellent wifi. The location is close to IU campus (ave 12 minutes or so), making visits with our college student so easy. My family and I would definitely come back again!

This is the second time we stayed at Fawn’s condo this fall. So comfortable and quiet. She has a fully stocked kitchen, which we used to prepare some tailgate food. The two bedrooms and baths upstairs are beautiful and spacious. Comfortable living space as well. Thanks for another great stay.

This condo was a very comfortable, relaxing place to stay for the weekend in Bloomington. We visited for Parents Weekend with 3 couples. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen has everything you need. We were able to prepare some dishes for tailgating and had the full fridge to store food. Thanks for sharing this wonderful place. We are looking forward to our next stay in a few weeks.

Fawn’s place was perfect for our family of six. Very clean and well appointed. The location was perfect for our visit to I U as well as other Bloomington sites. We loved that we had space to spread out, but also could gather for meals in the kitchen each morning and evening. Definitely recommend.

The place is sparkling clean; the bedding is plush and the bedrooms are good sized; towels and kitchen equipment are plentiful; and nice touches like make-up cloths and even a couple of bags of popcorn. There is a nice view off the deck of a little strip of woods and there is a playground in walking distance. Beautiful pictures of the IU campus. We were extremely comfortable. We stayed the two nights. Margie communicated clearly and directly. Everything was as promised.

There was attention to detail everywhere you looked. You know all of those little conveniences you have at home that you don't necessarily think about until you're away from home and don't have them? Yeah, that won't happen here because they've thought of just about everything! -A better stocked kitchen than maybe the one I have at home! -Tea, coffee, condiments, little snacks to greet you -TV trays and a coffee table whose top slides up -Everything you need in the bathroom if you forget something (thanks for the floss, by the way) -Robes, white noise machines, hangars, lamps, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels and napkins -Everything you need to wash and dry clothes The carpet is luxurious! (Nice for my feet after my tired carpet at home.) The fireplace is a joy, and bedrooms are large! The beds are on the firm side, but if you like firm or can handle about a 7//10 firmness on the master bed and 9/10 firmness on the guest bed, you'll be comfortable. I prefer a softer bed, but I have to say, after the first night, I still slept pretty well, and the gorgeousness of the place and attention to detail makes me not even care if the beds weren't to my taste. Did I mention the master shower? It's LUXURIOUS! I took two showers a day just because it felt soooo good. And this place is clean. I've never stayed in a cleaner AirBNB! I stay in airBNBs around the country about four times a year, and this is my favorite I have ever stayed in! I promise, if it's not booked the next time I am in the Bloomington area, I will book it! It's just that good!

There aren't enough words for the amazingness of Margie's place. She has thought of every potential need or question you may possibly have. The guide book is so detailed, giving great information about the house, as well as Bloomington and fun things to do. Her personal touches are over the top! Gourmet popcorn bags and a personal note! Plus all of the little things in the bathrooms and talk about a fully stocked kitchen!! I always cook when I travel and I was right at home in this amazing kitchen with nothing needed that wasn't there. The beds are so comfy and the linens are like a fine hotel. I could have slept in those beds for hours! But!!! The tub and the shower in the lavender room are REMARKABLE!!! You could literally just stay in the entire time and have a lovely vacation. I can't recommend this place enough. It's quiet, backs up to a lovely forest area, and is just all around comfortable and cozy! I can't wait to stay again!!!!!

This was a great rental. There were three of us traveling and we all had our own sleeping space and our own bathrooms. It was clean, modern and had smart TVs with access to streaming networks. Our host was amazing and made sure we were taken care of.

here for kind of a girls weekend over Mother’s Day. It was absolutely amazing! The beds are soooo comfortable and with two king suites, you can’t go wrong. You literally cannot hear anyone else moving around (I think it’s because of the lush, soft carpet-seriously, it’s amazing), so if you’re a light sleeper, it’s perfect. Besides, Margie has ear plugs and eye masks just in case you need them. She’s thought of everything you might possibly need, just check the closets and the kitchen cupboards. There is nothing she hasn’t thought of and she has an informational book in the kitchen for you as well. The location is perfect because it’s quiet, but close to the walking trails, a little playground, and even frisbee golf! I’m telling you, you can’t go wrong with this place. I live in Bloomington and I want to stay here again! My sister said she’s going to see if it’s available anytime she comes to Bloomington to visit - and that’s just for her and her husband!

Is there anything Margie didn't think of? Nope, she thought of it all! She is hands down the best host that I have had. Her warmth and kindness not only make you feel at ease but the thoughtfulness and care she puts in made our trip so comfortable and joyful. She welcomed us with a handwritten note, stocked fresh Coffee and Creamer, incredible products in the bathrooms, robes, toiletries in case you forgot something, even eye masks & sound machines to help you sleep! The place was immaculate, the beds are very comfortable and the home is well stocked with everything you need. I loved the USB ports attached to the night stands which helped avoid searching for a plug near the beds or often times having to unplug a lamp just to keep your phone near you...even the coffee tables in the livingrooms have built in outlets making everything easily accessible. From booking our reservation, to recommendations before we arrived, to the easy check in and week long stay we had a great and successful trip to Bloomington. if this home is available when booking, I would grab it up. This unit's double king-size suites were perfect for our needs. It was spacious and very comfortable. The Southside location, close to the Cripple Creek trail, was an added benefit. It also had a fun IU Hoosier vibe. We can't wait to go back to B-town.
